These photos show how I cut the angles on the bottom of the transom. It was quite simple to add a guide to fit my table saw and adjust the inner piece of ply to accomodate the difference in height for the bottom stringers.

(Cutting angles) The trick to doing it this way is to establish an accurate vertical center line. Secondly, measuring accurately from the top of the transom to the edge of where the guide has to be along the centerline and at the outboard edges of the motorboard. Thirdly, I had to know the distance from the table slot to the blade when it was tilted at the required 12 degrees.
