: Anybody out there who has built a double eagle? I'm thinking of purchasing the plans for one and am interested in an owner's impression of the boat. So far I've heard from a couple of guys that I've e-mailed and they like it, but two does not a consensus make. From my perspective it seems that the boat has a good design for handling the occaisional rough weather and good load crrying capacity. Also appears to have good day trip passenger capacity for a gang of fishermen... or should I say fisherpeople... fisherpersons... whatever is politically correst these days.
