Would you agree that a chemical bond is stronger than a mechanic bond? ie...two coats of epoxy applied at the right time (just before, just after the first layer has "kicked" apply the second?) as opposed to let the first layer cure completely and then have to wash down (amine blush) and sand to provide "grip" for the next layer...
Does the same hold true for CPES saturation...saturate and then get a coat of whateever you are putting on next before it cures for too long?
