: This site has a lot of info on electric boat systems and you need to look at golf cart batteries 6 volts wired together.I think you will find out that you are probably looking atleast 15 to $20,000 for a system.I say be backwards and burn more fossil fuels. Oh yea, you can add thousands more for a solar panel recharging system.
