I'm 16, 17 in march so I guess I can be conciderd "young" but I have more of a jump start then most people my age I think because of my little summer project I've been working on. A hydrostream vixen (14ft). It's been converted to center steer and I'll be running a mod 3cyl jonrude 70hp next summer. im expecting around 72-75mph range. i gutted this boat compleatly and rebuilt everything in it, so i have alot of experience with firberglass and wood working now lol! :)

Anyway the waters i run can get choppy sometimes so im not sure what the mest boat would be for me..i have a 10hp 1961 evinrude sportwin. this engine runs like new, starts on the firt pull and has great compression. over the winter im gonna relieve the exaust and do a little work to it, if its even possible to..

im open to and sugestions on what would be a good small boat that would fly with a 10hp engine. but it needs to handle a little chopy water..

heres a link to where my boat is in a feature article on the hydrostream international registry website. this is part 1 of 4!

thanks,
scott
