Has anyone ever considered or built an all-aluminum hull boat? Seems like if one was a GOOD aluminum welder, and did it right - one could end up with quite a boat! Has anyone looked into it, how hard is it to find large aluminum sheet stock, to do the job? How hard is it to actually weld the stuff?
