Help: I just purchase a 23' fiberglass Penn Yann inboard. The hull seems sound but has about a dozen small gouges about the hull. Mostly on the bow and keel. I would like to fill these little gouges and put the boat in the water for now, then pull it out and paint when the weather gets bad. What kind of paint to use and how about preperation?????.
