From studying several builder's sites - who are using Okyme or Maranti marine plywood for their S&G boat projects - it appears that these marine plywoods have a very dense and brittle outer layer. I wonder how they stack up against good old AA Marine Fir Plywood - for epoxy/glass adherance and durability? Wonder if they are as good as we've been led to belive?
