I am building the Glen-L Reliant and am ready to have the ballast keel cast. Does any body know a foundry in Texas or neighboring state that could handle a job like this? It is roughly 11' long x 38 " tall and should weigh when complete 12,400#. The pattern is cut and ready to be shipped to a foundry if I can find an affordable shop to do it. If not, I may have to pour it with lead myself, but I would rather use cast iron.
